Three teams of walkers from RPG Chartered Accountants and RPG Chartered Financial Planners took part in the DFK International step challenge to walk as far as possible in 40 days. They were competing against 10 other teams from across the UK.
One of the RPG teams – Best Pace Scenario – won the challenge with an impressive 2,800,475 steps which equates to an average of a very respectable 11,668 steps per day for each of 40 days.
After walking independently for each of the 40 days, the victorious group was pleased to meet up and exchange notes about their experiences. Congratulations to team members Helen Rutter, Janet Goddard, Martin Chatten, Faye Howarth, Jill Murray and Gareth Hunt.
