Colleagues from our accountancy, financial planning and business recovery teams enjoyed RPG’s Grand Day Out at Haydock Park Races on Thursday 6th July.
It was the ideal opportunity for teambuilding with colleagues able to mingle and have fun in a relaxed environment. Based in the Kauto Star suite, tables were mixed, encouraging the development of new bonds and relationships, especially between those colleagues who aren’t based in the same office.
Jonathan Brownson, RPG’s Managing Director explains: “We first went to Haydock Park last summer (July 2022) after the December 2021 Christmas party had to be cancelled due to Covid restrictions.
“The feedback from everyone was that they enjoyed a summer day out much more than a Christmas party which tends to collide with other Christmas preparations, to say nothing of 31 January filing deadlines! As a consequence, we returned to Haydock Park for 2023.
“We also realised last year no-one wanted to leave as soon as the racing finished so we extended the day this year with an early evening session of RockNRoll bingo which was a total success!
“Our people are the most important part of our organisation and their wellbeing is always at the front of my mind.
“I am incredibly proud of the team across the whole RPG Group and I am very pleased that we can provide the opportunity for everyone to relax, network with each other and have some well-deserved fun.”
