On Sunday 31 May, colleagues from across RPG took to the streets of Manchester to take part in the AJ Bell Great Manchester Run, completing either the half marathon or 10K.
It was a fantastic day, with strong support lining the route and a great atmosphere from start to finish.
The team showed real commitment in the lead-up to the event, putting in the training and supporting one another throughout, even setting up a Friday Running Club after work. Race day was a reflection of that effort, with everyone crossing the finish line having achieved something to be proud of.
We’re especially proud to have taken part in support of Breast Cancer UK. Thanks to the generosity of colleagues, friends and family, the team has raised over £1,500, contributing to the charity’s vital work.
A big thank you also to everyone who came down to support on the day, it made a real difference and added to the overall experience for our runners.
We would also like to thank Admiral Sportswear for generously donating our running shirts. Their support helped bring the team together and ensured we looked the part on race day.
The day was rounded off with a post-run social, giving everyone the chance to celebrate their achievements together and reflect on a brilliant team effort.
