Junior Marketing Executive
The role
We are seeking an individual with a passion for marketing and an interest in business to join our marketing team. Ideally with a qualification in a marketing or business related subject and with a year’s relevant work experience, you will have a willingness to learn, progress and take responsibility. This is an ideal opportunity to achieve your potential in a general marketing role.
Some of the skills and experience that would be beneficial are:
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong analytics skills
- IT literate with good Microsoft skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- A creative flair and ideally experience in Canva or similar
- Writing skills would be beneficial but good spelling and accurate use of grammar are essential
- Experience of using social media, websites, a CRM or mailing systems
- Experience of organising or running events
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the marketing element of the firm’s CRM system (Microsoft) including uploading new prospect details, managing the sales dashboard, extracting reports and preparing mail shots.
- Support in the preparation of proposals (including research)
- Event organisation including RPG’s annual Grand Day Out and Away Day, and client events
- Management of networking opportunities
- Planning and creating engaging content for social media channels, monitoring competitor activity and analysing results
- Maintenance of website, analytics reporting and competitor analysis
- Responsible for internal communications through the firm’s Teams channels and SharePoint
- General ongoing marketing support

We’re also a great place to work! The role is office based but there is the opportunity to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home after a suitable time period. This role, which has a 35 hour working week, reports into the Head of Marketing.
